"They always do a great job, take their time, and listen well to what I want. I have a Goldendoodle and it was very hard for me to describe how I want his hair cut because I’ve never had one before. Other groomers with didn’t listen to me or did what they wanted and it was never right. Josephine’s got it right the first time and they’ve been very consistent since. They’ve also taught me a lot about how to best care for him and the importance of keeping him on a consistent grooming schedule and were very patient with me when I first started coming to them. They take the time to listen and I feel they truly care about me, and most importantly, my pup. Everyone is very kind there, the shop is very cute, clean, welcoming. I’ve been to other groomers where they put the dogs in stacked metal crates and have them in there for a long time because they’re overbooked, then they rush the process once it’s their turn. It’s stressful for the dog and feels chaotic. That is NOT the case here. They have a beautiful area with cute dog pens and plenty of space for them, but they also don’t overbook, so they’re not waiting for long periods of time. I feel very lucky to have found a grooming facility that cares so much about the dogs experience and values quality work and happy pet parents."

"We take our three dogs to Josephine for grooming and boarding, and I can not even tell you how much they love it! For over two years she has been providing them with love and a home away from home. Josephine and Jose keep their place so clean, they tire the pups out by playing with them, and then put a movie on for them at night! When I pull up to their building my pups go crazy. Yuma is so lucky to have this place!"
