They knew what price range I needed to be in for the company that was doing the work. They were super friendly and so helpful. They showed me what tiles were in that range and where they are on the wall. I was impressed that all the tiles had all the information on them and if they were in stock or not. Very helpful in making the decision on what tiles to pick. Then I gave the nice receptionist the few I was looking at and she let me take home a sample of each. Great customer service!
