"We had Soto and Sons do the pebble sheen on our pool and cool deck replaced in spring 2021. No complaints on the pool resurfacing, however the decking is another story. It started chipping within a year and kept on degrading.. I called and they made repairs multiple times. Now, it’s like a cancer. Its past the 2 year warranty period now and I’ve called and texted Mr. Soto several times only for him to tell me it’s bad concrete and dog urine. Last time I talked to him over a month ago he said he would send someone out. No one ever came and no call or text from him. If the concrete underlay was bad, I would have gladly paid to seal it or fix it somehow when they were resurfacing it so the cool deck would stick. Now, I’m going to pay someone else to redo it after 2 years of problems. Now the repairs they made are doing it too. Mr. Soto is a nice man but his company does not stand behind their work. Update: Mr. Soto sent a crew out to my house and resurfaced the entire deck again at no charge. It took a little longer than I expected to get this resolved but it is now. New photos posted."

"Poor experience. They replaced our entire pool deck and guaranteed their work for 2 years. We had no issues the first year. But then….. We had pieces of the new pool deck chipping and they came out and patched it up a few times (and very shoddily I might add) and then when the patch job started chipping, they cut off all communication. Would not recommend. The pool deck we had them replace actually looked better than what we have now!"
