"This place is unique. It is more of a trailer park than an RV park with long-term residents in trailers and RV mostly on the perimeter. There are RV site in the middle. There is no perimeter fence, and the site is located in a small industrial-like part which give it a funny vide. I was there for 1 week with no safety problem. The managers are really nice and make efforts to meet everyone's needs. This place is basic, but well located if you want to be downtown Tuscon."

"Pictures on Google don't reflect reality! We booked this for 3 nights the day before we planned on arriving. (Booking was under my wife's name) When we got there, we saw that it wasn't anything like the pics on Google and didn't feel like a good place for our family. Mostly older permanent mhp, not rvs like Google shows. We requested a refund and were unsympatheticaly denied. If you're rv-ing around, I wouldn't recommend staying here"

"Lots of tweakers and homeless with shopping carts at night. It’s super loud all night long. Do the pictures in the website. Don’t look like with Rv Park is. Overpriced. no perimeter fencing. I didn’t feel safe. Make sure you lock your doors because the tweakers come at night to see if there’s anything to take."

"Great place to stay in your RV/5th wheel. Friendly on-site management. The park is kept clean. It has a cute shaded area for your dogs, laundry room, and a shaded sitting area by the office. Super close to downtown, the UofA, Safeway is right across the street, and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stop for a month or for a few months."

"The owner was extremely nice and sweet. However we booked site 30ft and we could not fit with our 28ft trailer. It took us a long time and change of sites to try to fit. We were using hotel anyway due to the high temperatures outside and our AC in the trailer didn’t manage to cool it down, so the trailer was parked on its own while we were with our truck in a hotel. This place would be more comfortable for stationary trailers, compact motorhomes or vans. You would struggle parking your trailer if you’re towing it with a truck. I think they have bigger sites as well available but while I was booking I thought that 30ft would be comfortable for our 28ft trailer. We were on the road for 5 months now, drove 20k miles and visited 30 states but this campsite was the hardest to park. That said; as mentioned earlier the owner was very nice and pleasant."
