"Hiring Yuma Pro Pools might be the best decision we have made in the 3 years we’ve lived in Yuma. We were new pool-owners, so initially we just hired a nice guy to care for our pool. He stopped showing up consistently, so we hired pool company #2. That turned out to be second-rate service as well. Our third guy let the pool get so out of hand that by the time we realized it, we had major growth called scale (google it) all around the entire pool. We thought it was dirt. Turns out it was stubborn and glued on. At that point, we were desperate. That’s when we found Yuma Pro Pools. They came in and at that point I would have paid anything. We just wanted our pool back! I learned my lesson about just paying the cheap “guy around the block.” Yuma Pro Pool drained the pool, power washed off the scale, and has been flawlessly caretaking it for the last three months now. Consistent, quality care. I don’t have to send my kids outside to check to see if the pool is decent enough to swim in. I know with confidence that we can go outside ANY TIME to swim and it’ll be perfect. Seriously, I never realized how much this is a thing. When you have inconsistent pool care, you just get some good pool days and some days where there is buildup and gunk or leaves or green. When you have EXCELLENT pool service, you know what you get? A pool you can jump into at any moment. I’m happy to pay for that. Especially now that I know the alternative. (And don’t let this picture fool you. I walked outside JUST NOW to take it. But previous to this, I would never know if the pool would look this good. I couldn’t invite people to just “come swim” because it was 50/50. Now it’s such a relief to not ever worry about my pool. I would refer Yuma Pro Pools to ANYONE AND EVERYONE who wants their pool to just look like a clean, friendly pool every single day.)"
