"I got up in the morning to a quieter pond motor than every other day, two waterfalls with only trickling water from the two waterfall boxes, which shortly stopped and only a tiny bit of movement touched the surface of the pond. Something was wrong and I was afraid I would lose my koi due to inadequate aeration.I was unable to connect with the company I had always used before. At google I found Cazee Ponds and read many terrific positive experiences. I called Cazee Ponds. Brenda said they would try to get to my house as soon as other pond commitments were fulfilled. Meanwhile, both Brenda and Brad stayed in touch with me during the day. By the time Brad could travel to my house, darkness would be starting to fall and Brad and his son Zack would not be able to to do anything until the next day. Brad assured me at that time that the koi would be fine overnight and he and Zack would be at my house the next day and all would be diagnosed and fixed. And it was!"

"This is the first time we have used this company and couldn't be more satisfied. From the initial phone call to the job being completed we have nothing but compliments about this company. Brad from the very beginning kept us well informed as to what would be done...an appointment was made and they were on time. While doing the work (cleaning out the waterfall and checking all the equipment) he constantly kept us in the loop as to what was being done with each step...he also told us what future problems could arise due to the age of our pondless waterfall...things of which to be aware. The job didn't take as long as he first thought it would which was nice. His son, Zack, was with him and did a lot of the work. Not only was the waterfall cleaned out the best it has been in years but Brad rearranged quite a number of rocks which made the waterfall look so much better and the cascading much more pleasing. He made sure that we liked the placement of the rocks and moved a few that we didn't like their placement. He definitely wanted to please us. I could go on and on but will say that Brad and Zack were personable, displayed fantastic customer relations, worked hard and definitely showed that they wanted to please us, the customers. We are more than pleased with this company and I would recommend this company to anyone."
