"Do not use this company. They duck your calls and refuse to return messages. They turned my pool green and have refused to fix it for a month. Then they cancel your service AFTER they screw up your pool."

"8/6/21 Wanted to give a local guy a chance, given no time schedule, no plan, didn’t know who was coming or when. Blamed me for electrical problem . Blew out a outlet and blamed me. Told son “ maybe your mother is moren handy than you.” Very condescending said I was stressing him out, just wanted a structured time line, would not do it , called left messages multiple times. It was a bad experience. Left pool draining unfinished , equipment left on premises, said he would not contact me until Monday when he would return from a scheduled vacation. Said he didn’t need my business."

"Gave multiple opportunities to keep my business, way over priced and had to buy my own chlorine when "chemicals included" never "SCUVA" my pool, never emailed me a picture, and multiple other things the website claims they do. In the end I felt taken advantage of and spent more of my time cleaning and maintain when I was paying 150 for someone to take care of it. Billed my more than quoted price on a repair, and mind you that "repair" took over 5 weeks. Wish them the best but unfortunately it did not work out with me."

"I had Clint as my pool guy for 1 year and my pool was green within 2 months. He told me it was a super bloom year so I continued using his services hoping it would get better. I knew my pool was a a hard pool to maintain so I stuck with him. He continued to recommend different things to do and it was still green. He got it up and running and I thought all was well. My hot tub heater went out and asked him if he could look at it and he did and told me I needed to replace the heater at $6200. I personally was able to fix it for $300.00. This week he told me I needed new filters immediately and it would be $350.00 to replace them. I told him "No Thanks thank you" and he told me and he replied "OK we are terminating your service thank you " I asked him if I did anything wrong and he said he would call me in a few at 12:03pm. He never called me. I would never recommend his services."

"Clint and his staff do a great job keeping the pool clean. The water is soft, we don't smell chlorine and there has not been any algae. The price is reasonable especially since we don't have to buy chemicals anymore. We started with them when we had them clean the calcium deposits at the waterline and changed the water; with their system of chemicals, we have had very little calcium deposits this year. We are very happy and will continue as their customers, thank you!"
