"My experience could have been a 5 star rating if Stacy would have spent a second to respond to me. The pool heater was delayed because the wrong one was delivered. But by the next week, the correct one was installed. Once I paid $300 extra to get a new electrical setup complete, I reached out to Stacy to confirm that it was complete, on a Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday with no response, I chose to just heat my pool up on Monday, Assuming all was good. Not sure what happened, but communication is key, and 2 stars lost due to lack of it."

"We built a new house in Las Sendas and looked at a number of landscaping businesses to finish our backyard and patio area. We chose New Image and one of the companies. We selected New Image based on a number of references and our interview of the staff. All members of the company were very professional and provided many suggestions. The work crew was excellent and the work was done as scheduled. The materials suggested were of top quality and fit. As with any project, there are changes along the way. New Image was most cooperative in changing and modifying the original design. We have had many complements of the final results from a number of relatives and friends. We would definitely suggest that you consider this company for your project."

"Worst decision to go with this company. Complete lack of communication on their part and they subbed all of the work out anyhow. Owner Stacey told us to deal with the Sub contractor regarding scheduling bc in her words "I don't make their schedule". They were in a huge hurry to demo out pool then left it exposed for weeks when initially we were told it would take 3-5 days. Could not get a return phone call from them so communicated with subcontractors. They messed up refilling the pool so it left cracks in the pool and the color is not what we selected We have been trying to get them to fix it since Oct 2020 and they keep making excuses as to why they never show up or call. Every answer is "we will get out there next week" then they never show. Finally got the New Image owner Dave on the phone and when my wife answers he starts yelling at her that she went behind his back to work with the subcontractors. When she interrupted him to tell him that Stacey told her to do that, he told her to "shut up and let me finish". He must have said shut up to her at least 3 times then told her that she can't file a complaint bc its illegal for her to do so. I wish we had investigated this company more bc they have several BBB complaints but my wife trusted Stacey bc our kids go to a Christian school together. Lesson learned. Thousands of dollars out and still do not have our pool fixed. Last we spoke, Dave said he would have someone out "next week". I highly doubt that. He is incredibly rude and disrespectful. No customer service and no regard for quality work. You are better off setting your money on fire. 2/25 - They came out last week to "fix" the pool by dumping a bunch of chemicals in it and having it run for a week or so. My wife had a contractor in the backyard yesterday and told her the pool looked like it was in desperate need to be repaired. She shared that it WAS redone in Sept and the contractor said we should report this to the ROC. Attached is a picture of the current condition of the pool. They said they are coming out again to review it. 2/27 - after coming out and vigorously scrubbing the areas with cracks (saw them on camera doing so) they now claim that there is nothing wrong. Dave refuses to honor warranty or resolve the issue and only responding to messages with the reply "No problem". Reported to ROC who has picked up the claim and will inspect in April."

"I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. Head the negative reviews and ignore the "stellar" reviews from family and employees. I can't believe this company is still on business especially with how verbally abuse Dave Stewart is and how unprofessional Stacey Stewart is. They will sub your work out to Sunpools Remodel and then Sunpools will string you along for months with false promises of repairs. After months of them saying they would come fix the craze cracks they created in the pool surface they will then say "nothing is wrong" after cussing you out and then ignore all future attempts to fix the damages. They dumped something in the poll that should have "fixed the problem" but all it did was clog our filter which we now need to repair and half of it is left stuck to the bottom of the pool. Just take your money outside and set it on fire. This is what our pool looks like and what they said "is fine". Reported them to the ROC based on another contractors recommendation."

"Nick Stewart at New image Landscape and Pools recently completed a pool for my family and we couldn't be happier! The pool is amazing! The process was very smooth and right on budget. Nick is a true professional. With invaluable feedback from his years in the business, he was instrumental during the design process and helped us get the exact pool we wanted. During the construction process Nick handled everything and, despite building the pool right in the middle of the busy season, was able to stay on top of the contractors to make sure we stay on track for a 6 week build time. Absolutely phenomenal! I plan on doing a landscape project with him here again shortly. I would highly recommend him and his company! Great job Nick!!!"
