"Mike just finished a fountain repair job that had been a frustration for me for several months. After spending 3 consecutive weekends on this project I threw in the towel and decided to try to find a professional. After asking neighbors and searching the internet I found Mike from Advanced Fountains and Pools. Mike was one of 4 business I reached out to, called, left several messages each, etc. Thankfully, unlike the others, Mike seems to actually care about customer service...which sadly is a rarity these days. Mike stayed in touch to keep me informed when he could make it by. True to his word, he swung by to check out the job and give an estimate. Though a small job, Mike managed to fit us in his busy schedule and get the work done. He not only fixed the problem we were having, but also improved the plumbing to optimize the water flow and prevent the water waste issues we were having.
