"I've been a routine regular with the grooming services. However, today that has changed. Upon arriving at the groomer the staff observed I have a husky scheduled for services. The young ladies did not want to perform the services requested and gave every excuse. They were more concerned on selling products I would need to personally groom my dog. It felt as though the groomers simply didn't want to deal with the dog breeds coat, give their time, nor do their job. After 3 years of going to petsmart for their grooming they lost my business. The groomers lacked professionalism, initiative to perform their job, and made excuses rather than solutions."
"So much unnecessary suffering for my sweet dog. They shaved him around his privates way too much, he is raw and red, and can't stop scratching!"
"I had to make a last-minute trip to San Diego (flight out, drive back in my car which was there) and this PetsMart location (E Broadway) was very helpful, courteous, and led me through the steps to get on the way with the assurances my beloved senior Labradoodle was well cared for — in this case, given the uncertainty of flights and also road conditions, it was possible I might not get back in time for the end of Doggie Day Care, so they set me up for the Pet Hotel if my scheduled return didn’t occur in time. I did made it back, with only minutes to spare, and they had her ready for me and everything set to check out. They were very pleasant to work with, efficient in talking through options and scheduling for a last-minute event, and best of all my dog was obviously well taken care of and happy when I returned! Thanks, guys!!!"
