"Called to ask if they do floral preservation, the gentleman who answered the phone said we are out of flowers because of Valentine’s Day and then proceeded to hang up on me."

"I ordered a corsage for an event to honor an elderly woman in a walker, and discussed having a wrist corsage for her so she wouldn't need to manage holding anything. I ordered this two weeks in advance, and the corsage was promised to be ready by mid morning the day of the event. The day of the event, at noon, the corsage was not ready. The owner promised to deliver it to our location in 30 minutes in 30 minutes. I called after 35 minutes, and they told me it would be 20 minutes longer, 10 minutes before the event begins. Instead of setting up for this event, I am waiting on a flower delivery that should have been ready 3 hours ago."

"I went with Rowan Tree for my wedding flowers. I ordered 8 bridesmaids' bouquets, a bridal bouquet, 8 boutonnieres, and a premium groom's boutonniere. I also ordered three varying sized gold hoops with flowers (see the pictures), and our total was well under $1000 (WHAT?!). Even with the incredible price, everything came out absolutely stunning. People at our wedding told us that the flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen. I met with Therese and her team to explain the vibe of the wedding and they totally got us. We weren't doing the traditional white wedding, and they were able to create modern, dark, moody florals that were perfect for our space and big day. On top of that, their service was excellent.
