"I purchased a Groupon for Forever Vent for whole house air duct cleaning, unlimited vents, one return, dryer inspection & full system inspection. They arrived under a different company name, proceeded to aggressively tear off vent covers on my newly painted walls damaging drywall and paint. Then the upgrade routine began $1398.00. I politely refused at least 4 times but he persisted and actually bullied me into signing an agreement on my phone just to get them out of my house. The warranty terms stated changed numerous times. I was told by scheduling agent they were registered in AZ but I can't find anything. They are scamming thieves! Do not recommend. I had to pay painters to come back and repair my drywall and paint. REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL! They keep changing company names to defraud consumers! Your response is completely untrue. I was told "too bad" by the technician doing the work. He blamed it on the painters for painting the vents."

"Shawn and Ember were outstanding. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly. They walked me through every step of the process. Before and after videos were amazing. The one thing that was a surprise was when filling out the payment electronically it suggested a tip. I did leave one because I wanted to reward them for great job. Company needs to pay the employees more, so no need to tip."
