"Hired For a Move Out Clean, they did a less than ideal job. There was still goo, hair, and dirt on the tile, (seems like they did a quick sweep and mop without really trying to make it clean). Dirt on baseboards, window seals. The kitchen and sink counter still had stains that I got out pretty easy with a magic eraser They did do a good job vacuuming and cleaning the microwave. The logistics where pretty poor, I had to call back several times to find an appointment time. It seems like the charged me the day before the service. I asked for a call before they got to the house so I could meet them at the rental. I never got a call and so I went over to find them already waiting. When I got there they didn’t speak English and I used google translate to try to get a feel for what they would do. I was told they were going to do a deep cleaning, but that’s not what they did. It was more like a cursory cleaning. I hired them for 3.5 hours. After 2.5 hours I got a call saying they were nearly done. I showed them some of things I mentioned above and they either said they couldn’t get it out or wiped it with a towel. On the plus side they did only charge me for 3 hours not 3.5 after I called and they did send me a receipt. Everyone was nice but I didn’t have a great experience and wouldn’t recommend them."
