"I checked the company website to see what type of work they do. I needed a pipe in my backyard scoped out to make sure it wasn't leaking and connected to city sewer. When I bought my house I was told the pipe was used as an RV dump. I called and said I needed an RV dump in my backyard scoped out. The front desk lady scoffs at me and says "We do NOT work on RVs". I respond with "This is not an RV. It's a pipe in my yard that is used by RVs". She says "We do not work on that type of stuff". I let her know "This is not an RV. This is a pipe on my property". Her: "I asked the manager and it is out of our scope". I just wanted to post this review so the managers/owners can see that the front desk lady is turning away business and potential customers for stuff they themselves say they can do on their website."

"Approximately 6 months ago I had a palm tree uproot my plumbing in the backyard of my home. I was referred to this company to fix the problem. After coming out to my backyard and analyzing the problem, they said that my pipes were clogged and needed lining….shame on myself for not getting a second opinion. They came out and told me it would be a three to four day job to fix the pipes and line the proper pipes. They took camera work and said they were sure they had solved the problem and the quote was $23,500. After ten days they said everything was fixed with pictures of everything underground, they turned all the pipes on and lined one wrong pipe and sealed it, flooding my garage and laundry room and destroying it. They then said they made a mistake and said they would fix it, they fixed the laundry room and said it would take 5 days but it took 2 months. During that time they fixed the wall in my laundry room but also disconnected the washer dryer and alarm system. They had to come back and redo the walls again, they again said everything was fixed after three months and then the toilets clogged up again. They came out AGAIN then said they needed auguring and it would cost $650. Two weeks later the bathrooms were not working again…so I called another company, Parker and sons, who came out with a camera and said the other company blocked off 3 pipes that did not need to be blocked. Jason the owner of master rooter lied to me at least 6 times. To trust him would be like trusting the devil. Parker and sons fixed the problem 2 months ago and everything is working perfect. I have proof from two plumping contractor that they scammed me. That being said, if you want to get your plumbing messed up, call Jason at master rooter and waste your money. This is mine and other experts opinions that know what they’re doing. More next week."

I had a major sewer break just a week before Christmas, and got a referral to Master Rooter from a plumber I’ve used for years. They got me scheduled ASAP. I found them to be ethical, polite to a man, and excellent at what they do. Can’t say enough good things about Alex and his team. They gave my project their blood, sweat and tears. Great communication (how rare is that)! Special mention to Roman, Luis and Donny…but again, everyone from Master Rooter who came to my house was helpful, polite and really cared about doing right by their customers. Alex is a superstar. I’ll be referring all my customers to them. Great work!"

"Hard to find good trusting help these days it seems, but Master Rooter surprised me. I had a collapsed Main Drain under my house. Ryan was the first one on site to help me understand what needed to happen. His communication was unmatched and every single guy that came to help dig out and replace my drain had a great work ethic and respected my place. The project got done in a timely manner and they helped me work through to cost as I just bought the house. For sure ask for Ryan if you have some plumbing issues. He'll make sure it gets don't right. Appreciate the work guys!"

"We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. I’m so pleased with their work and I will be referring them to my friends and family for as long as I live. They are a prime example of how a company should work together !!
