"It only gets 3 stars because 1) the vending machine card reader should have a sign that it doesn't work, 2) the process is kind of confusing, and 3) there needs to be a safety on that automatic door! 1st thing you might pass this place straight up. Dirt parking lot. Weird front door, with weird not so handicap, handicap door. 2nd, find the washing machine you need, load it, put the soap, and fabric softer in. Make sure if you have multiple loads, do them all, and remember the numbers and what's in them. Then you go to a kiosk and pay for all of it at once (nice feature). Finally, go back to each machine and press the start button, annoying. Same process for the dryers except this time with paying for how much time you want. Overall, the place was clean, had two large trash cans, and a clean restroom. Lots of places to sit, wifi, and even a sitting area outside for smokers. There is also a laundry sink available for use by the washing machines. It was not so bad considering we were in need of a washer and dryer. It was a very expensive ooops. $21.50 for 4 washing machines, $17 in soap, and another $25 in drying."

"Plus: Clean and modern facility that's reasonably priced. Paying by credit card was super easy. Cons: All 6 of the 4 load washers were full, finished and unattended - and none of them were attended to the whole time I did my wash and dry. Many of the dryers were also full and unattended. The app that they suggest you use requires a location code which I couldn't find posted anywhere. Not much room to fold laundry."
"The first time was a good experience. The second time, about 6 of the machines stole my cash through the potal. Only one machine started. I had to pay again to get my already loaded laundry going. I hear the app is convenient. I don't know."
