We called Appliance Tech and they were out the very next day, which as a mom of 3 is super important to me! The tech Pj was able to not only diagnose the problem, but he had parts on hand and was able to swap it out immediately! He was incredibly polite and time efficient also! He had my dryer running properly less than 24 hours after my call! I highly recommend this company! Also, Brandi who took the call was very sweet and handled the call professionally as well. "I called to schedule a repair for our fridge and the lady that answered was so helpful! She looked up the model number and told us the fridge was over 20 years old. When I explained what went wrong she diagnosed the probable cause (the compressor) and told us how much it would cost to fix. We decided to purchase a new refrigerator and she gave us a great reference. Excellent customer service!!"
"Overall service was great! Very professional, prompt, polite, timely, and communicative! My dryer was making a horrible sound and Paul was able to locate the problem, order the part and fix it within a week. We also had him repair our water dispenser on our fridge we hadn’t used in years. Definitely recommend them for all your appliances repair needs!"
