American Reliable Insurance Company - Agriculture

"After many years with this company and no problems ever except for septic that they cannot help me with. They are now letting my policy go because I have a mobile home they will no longer cover mobile homes"

"avoid this company like the plague. had water damage in the house. the adjuster was next to impossible to get ahold of. it took an act of congress to get him to call/email back. $20k+ worth of damage, and they wanted to pay out like $2k. you'd be better self insuring then to give this company ( or Everette who bought them out) a dime."

"Total scam. One of their clients hit my car and it's been over a month and it is impossible to contact anyone. They keep transferring me to numbers that claim to not be affiliated with the policy. They claim to have acquired the company(Reliable Llodys Insurance Co.) that owns the policy yet they also claim to have no affiliation to the policy. They transfer me to numbers of other companies that also claim no affiliation to the policy or no knowledge of the company. I was injured in the accident, so this is gonna open up a can of worms."

"I read a lot of unhappy reviews about this insurance company and sorry that people had such a unpleasant experience with them. Fortunately, when we had a major flood in our home from a busted pipe they worker well for us. They were very quick to respond and help us with our claim and placed us in a hotel while the clean up and drying out of the house was done. The adjuster was very respectful and provided a fair claim amount which got our home back up. Although we have been with this company for decades this was our only claim thus far and I hope that if we ever need them to step up again they do so with the same results."

"I have had a policy with American reliable for eleven years. I found my coverage needed to be increased , the person at my local office , looking at my policy , couldn't tell me my coverage. I found a replacement policy with another company. I spent all day , yesterday on the phone , trying to cancel my policy. I called six different numbers, each and everytime I was referred to another number, and on the seventh call , I was told where to mail my request. Some of thr people that I spoke with were pleasant, but not helpful. Some were not helpful , and very rude. Not satisfied at all with a company that I have used for eleven years , no claims, always paid on time , in full."
