"They are amazing! Its been 24hrs since we said goodbye to our dear Riley. From the moment I had to make the call she answered promptly. I could barely speak on the phone but she was extremely compassionate and understanding and never made me feel rushed. When she arrived at our house she gave us a run down of what to expect and allowed us uninterrupted access to our sweet girl during the procedure. She was so patient and calm.
