"This place is nothing short of amazing! The entire staff, in particular, Dr. Alcott, go out of their way to make you comfortable while caring for your pet. My Frenchie woke up Friday morning with her rear legs paralyzed. They told us to bring her in immediately, in spite of the fact that they close at noon. (We got there at 11:30) Dr. Alcott came out to go over the MRI results and go over the whole surgical process with me three separate times. They truly care. Dr. Alcott took my Frenchie home with him for observation following her spinal surgery. We were blown away with this level of care and customer service. My Frenchie was walking 24 hours later! "The clean, spacious facility, high technology, kind staff & knowledgeable Dr.s all make this a top notch pet care facility for neurological and spinal issues. Dr. Alcott diagnosed & treated our beagle's calcified disc in the same appointment. Surgery took a few hours, & our beagle returned home with us that evening. She was back to herself again within days! I only wish I hadn't waited so long (5 weeks) to see if our Vet diagnosed "bulging disc" situation resolved itself with steroids, pain relief & rest/inactivity. Our beagle continued to be in pain, hung her head, panting with her tongue hanging out most of those days. If your fur baby is in a similar situation, I highly recommend this facility to get a proper diagnosis and care. The MRI & surgery was costly (over $5K), but luckily our Trupanion pet insurance covered/reimbursed 90%."
