"My partner, Jason, and I visit Arizona annually and frequently find our way to Scottsdale to admire the art galleries. On January 27, 2024, the moment I walked into Anticus, I fell in love with “Freeride” by artist, Chris Deverill. The customer service provided by Abby (Anticus Representative) was remarkable. “Freeride” was shipped to my Wisconsin residence and arrived on February 9, 2024. It was in perfect condition. Thank you! At the time of purchase, we learned “Freeride” was #56 of #250 in the series. My father, who passed away from Lewy Bodies Dementia on May 27, 2023, was born in 1956. To find out it was #56 was a sign from my father which made “Freeride” even more sentimental to me. The donkey/mule will also serve as a remembrance of the wonderful opportunity Jason and I had on February 23, 2022 when we joined a group for an overnight mule ride to Phantom Ranch at the Grand Canyon. Today, February 10, 2024, I reached out to Anticus and Phillip (Anticus Representative) assisted in my quest to learn more about the artist, Chris Deverill. Phillip, thank you for your kindness in providing additional information to me regarding Chris. From what I learned, Chris was a remarkable person. With his work, his memory lives on."

"This is a fun Gallery to visit. Anticus gallery invite you to be interactive with other people in the gallery, thumb through books, try on jewelry, laugh, enjoy a glass of wine. I can spend many hours in here not feeling rushed, bombarded, or stuffy. It’s always a lot of fun. Phillip is an amazing young artist who is knowledgeable, fun-loving, and has the best dog ever Chewy, who is an experience himself! Chewy can be found as a passenger on the back of Phillip’s motorcycle dressed in eye protection, adorable."

"We visited the gallery a few months ago and was amazed by the art being displayed, paints, sculpture and high end craft (tables). The staff was pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and most importantly "Not Sale Oriented", which we appreciated very much. We ended up purchasing two sculpture and a great table. We love the pieces and they are perfect for our Sedona home. Since then we have been back and purchased other pieces. I am sure we will be a causal visitors to the gallery in the future given we are out of towners."
