"Bought a singer Brilliance from them on March 1,2024. Same machine that I have owed for years. There is a problem with the machine. After i take my foot off oedeal its still going. Joanns will charge me a $25 restocking fee. Even though it a manufacturer defected. Called corporate they say contact the manufacturer. Don't buy machines from Joanns. you can't return with out penalties and they don't tell you before you pay its on the recipe after."

"As the other reviews mentioned its extremely filthy here. Never enough employees to go around. I avoid coming here if I can help it but it's the only fabric store near me and I rely on it for my cosplay business. The fabric counter is where I always have the worst experiences though. The older employees that cut the fabric there are always giving me some sort of attitude either talking down to me or almost scolding me as if i were a child. (For example, this last time the fabric lady reprimanded me for unraveling a bolt of fabric because now she has to fold it back up, when all i was doing was measuring how much fabric i needed for my project. Its not like i had left a mess behind for her to fix. I was in the middle of measuring it when she came.) The past times I've waved it off as they weren't having the best of days but it's happened so often that at this point it has to be either ageism or racism. Just don't expect the best treatment here if you plan to come."

"I visited Joan's store today and my experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of sufficient cashiers, coupled with the fact that there were only two employees present, one at the register and other at the fabric resulted in an excessively long line. Customers, including myself, had to endure over an hour of waiting for a small shopping trip. The absence of an organized queue system and the limited staff availability demonstrated a severe oversight in managing customer flow. This situation is disheartening and reflects poorly on the store's commitment to providing adequate customer service. I hope this feedback, highlighting the challenges posed by both insufficient staff and a lack of organization, encourages prompt improvements at Joan's store."

"I was there the previous evening and I was disheartened to what this store has become. The place is filthy - the floors have not been mopped in a while, the merchandise are scrambled about on the shelves. No one is bothering with the upkeep of the store. Troublemakers robbing and tampering with the goods. There were empty containers, with wrappers strewn about, and at the checkout line were Lindt chocolates the were squashed - every single one of them. It is now worse than the 99 cent store. They are extremely short staffed as there was only one cashier to a long line of people."

"Amazing this store is still operating. Extremely filthy atmosphere all over the store and NO it ain’t because of the holidays. Had a pickup order that never got fulfilled only for the employee to mention well there is probably 100 orders in front of you. Good luck, you’ve been warned…"
