"First time going to Sarnoff; it's small and is geared towards painting materials especially. Despite this, there is an incredibly thoughtful variety. That is something you can only achieve through experience. Yes, you COULD get them online...you can get anything online. But there is absolutely no replacement for amazing service with a knowledgeable owner that takes time to talk to every single customer in the store. I told him it was my first time in the store and I got a free tube of M Graham watercolor paint after mentioning I liked honey-binded brands. I am so happy I made time to go in and support an amazing local business that truly cares about their customers."
