"A/C went out on Friday afternoon. I let the property management company know and they sent me to Suave. Being that we're in the middle of a heatwave I didn't expect them to be able to get to me right away, but Jose was here the next morning, EARLIER than promised. Needed to grab a new breaker and was back and had my unit up and running in just a few minutes. To top it all off, he called me that Saturday afternoon to make sure everything was running properly. "The gentleman that came out to our home was polite, kind, honest, heard what I was saying and validated what I was saying. He went out of his way to come up with an answer where others hadn’t. He was prompt, in good contact, and ignored my messy room (being out of town, we came home to laundry and easter chaos). Would HIGHLY recommend. We have been told horrible excuses as to why our bedroom never cooled… even one saying the slider door downstairs on the opposite side of the house was the culprit for the 96° heat in my bedroom when the rest of my home was 72° (even the room with the slider). The comfort it was being told by Suave Air that it was in fact AN ISSUE!! “I can feel the wall of heat” as he felt an area of the room that was not getting air. If you need someone who shows up when they say they do. Honest. Trustworthy. Polite. And a No BS type of answer… call them up!"
