"I was looking to have a water softener system installed at my house, which my wife and I just moved into. I saw a BJS label on the water heater at our house and contacted the company to come take a look. They were able to send a technician almost immediately. He took a thorough look at our system and advised that we did not have enough room in our water heater closet to install a softener, but we could install a different type of water conditioning system that would ameliorate our hard water. And, two days later, he installed it. The technician, Fred, was very polite and very detailed in explaining our options. He was concerned about getting something to solve our issues at reasonable price. We are impressed with his service and impeccable manners."
