"My A/C unit is 18 yrs old and has been on the verge of going kaput for the last 2 years. The Bumble Bee Team has been doing biannual maintenance to keep it working for my home. I have been fortunate enough to work hand in hand with the Bumble Bee technicians (Craig and Nabil have been awesome!) to keep up to speed on where the unit was at in its final stage of end of life. This past fall I new it was no longer worth trying to keep it going. So, I spoke with Lisa (she is amazing!) who helped me navigate the challenges of choosing a new unit for the home. I am happy to say we finalized our choice and the team was dispatched to remove and replace my A/C to get me prepared before the heat of summer arrives. In true superstar fashion they got it all done in a few hours. I can't be happier with their patience, support, expertise and attention to detail.
