Also, I appreciate the fact that if I had a technical question I was always able so speak with the tech that did the work. "Amazing service and end result. Allie was helpful from scheduling the appointment, keeping me informed, and solving some last minute issues with a different RV Service Center. Paul was also helpful and extremely customer service oriented. While we were hooking back up, Mark came over and went over what he worked on, how he fixed it, and general maintenance tips going forward. All in all, great experience from start to finish. "I recently received outstanding service on my Lance camper at Arizona RV in Mesa AZ. All of the office and service employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about all the concerns I had and they also found and repaired a major brake issue that could have had serious safety implications.They took photos of the brakes to help us understand an unfamiliar repair and showed us a video explaining the installation and a "burn in" procedure for the new brakes. We highly recommend Arizona RV for your service."
