"Good service, more to come... UPDATED EDIT: After returning from our 1st 6week road trip with our 2006 Bounder, we once again got in touch once again. Our trip brought us many new issues. Erin ( having kept amazing notes) was able to look at our issues and repair our messed up electrical system to functional and simplified to OUR usage. All this was done quickly and within our budget! We look forward to our next appointment with Erin, as we have a bunch of smaller issues, and he understands that we are working with a budget. He is a wonderful employee, so friendly and GREAT at what he does! Thank you again Pro Tech for outstanding service!"

"Did not wait for my husband to meet him at our property. Did not come to our door to let me know he was there. Instead, let himself in through the side RV gate, went into our trailer, cut up the section of flooring described to him on the phone and was leaving our property when my husband arrived. My husband asked him to show him what he did. After showing my husband the section he cut up, he explained that we needed to leave all doors and windows open to help dry out the spot. He charged just under 260.00 for his estimate and service charge and topped that with a 7.5% debit card fee. Not the way to earn a customer's trust. He asked if it would be an insurance claim which we were unsure of since we hadn't the information to give to the insurance yet. The estimate came in much higher than others. Will have work done with an honest company instead."
