"We made a call for services on our hot water heater and routine flushing and an appointment was arranged promptly and we appreciated the quick response ….the Minuteman Rep was very prompt on the arrival date ...and completed the flushing and further checking of our water heater making sure all was working properly......very professional service and the pricing and quality from Minuteman was very acceptable. We were very pleased....and would recommend Minuteman Home Services in the future......Rep..Dave was outstanding..! In conclusion, about 2 weeks later we noticed a small leak from the drain of the heater and contacted Minuteman again....received a callback promptly and had a Rep out to our home the next day......lo and behold ….It was the same Rep..Dave…….who corrected the leak...seams it was a plastic or rubber o-ring...all this corrected again......this company stands by it services and would recommend them highly....will not call anyone else when it calls for home services..!!!!!"

I called Wally up and asked him about the reviews, he did not try to make excuses, but said that he just wanted to provide the best service possible going forward. Great service is what I got. "Jimmy P. Took good care of us. He was completely honest and down to earth. We were originally going through our home warranty company (First American). The warranty company sent Prestige Mechanical to replace our unit. Prestige Mechanical turned out to be a disaster. They tried to rip us off and wouldn't answer or return our calls.
