"Samsung picked the worst place to be there partner for our repairs and so forth... I've tried 4 different locations and none of them are worth using. Of course my only hope on getting my devices fixed are through these people who just aren't customer service friendly nor do they ever have enough techs in the building to help same day simple things (screen protector fixes) or to help us with simple questions about a setting or an app or tool within our devices. They all often don't answer calls and when they do, can be pretty rude cause they have someone in store they helping at the same time. Ive done multiple walk ins as well and there I am standing waiting for some help, they come to the front or yell loud enough just to say someone will be right with me. 10-45 mins sometimes of just waiting. Very unprofessional every single time."
"Store signage says hours are 11-5 on Sunday. Voicemail greeting says the same. Google says 12-5. Yet here I am at 1 PM on Sunday, it's not a holiday, and the place is locked up, lights out, no indication anywhere that they're not going to be open today. What a waste of time. I'd advise anyone thinking of coming here to call first and check if they actually feel like opening that day."
"Jeremiah was so helpful and kind during the process. He was super knowledgeable helped us navigate with our insurance carrier to get the repair done quickly. Seriously will be going back if any other device starts not working and feel as though i’ll have the same great experience again with him!"

"It was a really nice place, I went on a Sunday at noon and the phone was fixed in less than half an hour. Kudos for Jeremiah, a really nice guy that knows his stuff. My pixel 6 phone screen was falling off and they fixed it for free and assured me it was not the battery bloating. Thank you Jeremiah and thanks to the nice store!"
