I originally made a big mistake by writing a complaint letter to the BBB, and naming the incorrect company. The company that I meant to complain about was Open Sesame Garage Door Installation & Repair. Even though Same Day Garage Door Services had not been the one to supply me with the inferior garage door and installation, I received a letter in the mail (as well as a phone call) from Jason Philo, Same Day Garage Door's Customer Happiness Officer stating that even though they had not been the ones to install the the faulty door, they would be happy to come out and look at it without charge. "At about 3:30pm I heard my single spring break. I called same day garage and Albert came by about 90 minutes later and was done installing the new springs at 6:30. He did a great job and was very friendly! 5 stars."
