"Extremely knowledgeable Super friendly Not pushy, understands what my long-term goal is, which is to remodel my house and that it doesn’t make sense to replace my unit right now. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything… Which is shocking considering the last estimate that I got that was $3000 I could get a new ac Unit for that price for that price, with any other carrier. What makes Alaskan AC heating and cooling a step above the best is that their systems are made for places specifically like Arizona whereas All of the other air conditioning manufactures manufacture, the same units for all over the country, regardless of the temperature disparities that there may be. When I’m ready to do my remodel, I will definitely be getting an AC unit from these guys! Thanks Nick. You’re the best."

"Excellent service! I was in need of a new air conditioning unit, as I had already put too much into bandaging up the problems of my old unit. I had several people come out for quotes, but chose Alaskan Air because they took the time to explain the differences between types of units, and the benefits of each. I had great interactions with every tech that came out to my house from the original consult to the post-installation inspection. Every tech that came out was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Communication with the company was great, they let me know when I could expect the technicians, and sent a picture of what they look like. It was great to be able to match the picture with the tech so I knew that the person I let into my house was the correct person. I highly recommend Alaskan Air!"

"You can’t say enough great things about Anthony. He did everything with expertise & professionalism at the highest level. Took his time, checked everything that needed to be checked. Afterwords, spent plenty of time explaining to us about the corrections we can and/or should make to the system as well as which were covered under our warranty. We knew when we had both systems installed 3 years ago, that Alaskan Air wasn’t the cheapest, but we believed that they were worth the additional cost because their level of customer service was definitely going to be worth it. We were right. I seldom come across a company with this level of customer service, but when I do we stay there."
