Like 2 minutes I get call from Horea & he tells me he can be there in about 2 hrs. it was 3:30 PM & they close at 6 PM. "Got home from work on a Friday night at 5:30pm. I parked the car and shut my garage door. Heard a loud boom, which meant something bad happened and found the main door spring had broken. When I called, Krisztian answered right away and said he could be over in an hour. I was ecstatic as it was late on a Friday night, and two other companies I called were closed and only taking messages. So, I was only expecting him to inspect the damage and set me up for an appointment on another day. Well, I was wrong. He said he had the parts with him in his work truck, so he did some measurements and gave me a quote right there on the spot! I couldn't believe it. I asked him if he was serious and he assured me it was not a problem and he would begin immediately. Even after the sun went down, it had to be about 115 degrees in my garage with the door closed and he worked tirelessly for several hours removing the broken spring and also some rollers that were in bad shape. Krisztian replaced everything with brand new, premium components that were priced very fairly. He also explained how to properly maintain things periodically and answered all of my questions. When all was said and done I was beyond pleased with the work and could hardly believe how well my garage door moved up and down, effortlessly.
