"This is a “SHARED BRANCH” that did not want to help with the sharing part. ALWAYS MORE QUESTIONS than it was worth!! ALWAYS had to get the manager involved! When I went to close my account I told them I wanted the “PAYOFFS”!! They charged me $40.00 more at the counter AND THEN when I went a few steps away to another office THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE!!! They charged me another $41.00. The lady I dealt with said “well this isn’t going to make you happy”. Very poor service from the day I started there!! I would give them 0 stars but they won’t post it!!"
"Called to dispute a charge on sat. I spoke with 2 different representatives, the first one I could understand him and the second one is slow and asking too many questions and asking me nervous. They both didn't seen to be knowledgeable enough. They made me nervous. Why do you not hire staff we can communicate with and that understand their jobs?"
