"It was an ok visit, not extraordinary customer service but it was fine. I dropped off my cat, and then doctor called to discuss, it was little difficult to understand and bit confusing but it was fine. I believe 5 Stars requires great overall experience where you don't have to search for better provider."

"Our family loves Banfield, our fur babies are always met with a warm welcome and treated with care even when they are noticeably busy! The entire team is wonderful and knowledgeable!"

"Let me reiterate on all of these. You are supposed to be in a network of hospitals. Imagine if you just had surgery 6 days ago and you are nowhere near the hospital you had emergency surgery at and then your network insurance tells you that nobody else can prescribe a simple antibiotic even though it shows in their records that they performed a very intrusive surgery. There is no point in signing up for their Network because it is not a network stay away from Banfield!!!! Their vets are people who saw great earning potential by filling a gap in a market and have zero sympathy for their clients...... I just hope when these uncaring heartless vets, have their own emergency or an emergency for one of their children they get met with the same kind of callousness and unconcerned treatment by their healthcare provider that give for your animals!!! Karma"

"I have our dog on one of the wellness plans that they offer. It's so worth the monthly payment. It's been perfect motivation to get her teeth cleaning, vaccines and wellness checks done regularly. Nearly all services not covered are discounted. Love the docs here."

"Worst vet clinic experience, extremely unprofessional and disorganized. First visit, our dog was taken to the back for a blood test. When I called for a follow up, apparently the test had not been done even though my dog was given a prescription based off of the blood test. Went in for second visit to get the blood test we already paid for last time. The receptionist made a big deal about the cost and tried to charge us for the same blood test again. On top of that we had to pay for another exam fee even though we had to come back for the test they owed us. I'm not even sure that they did an exam because they didn't say anything about his ear problem that we were asking about. They had lost our dogs vet records, including what vaccines he had. When they took our dog to the back for his blood draw we could hear him crying for over 30 minutes, which is not normal for him even at a vet appointment. He is a very tolerant, loving dog and is trained for basic commands. During that time, we heard someone from the back clearly imitating a whining sound. When our dog was brought back to us, his neck had a large lump from where they attempted to draw blood from his jugular. They ended up drawing blood from his leg. The time with the vet was very brief and he had to ask what medications he has our dog on currently. Both visits they tried to get us to pay for a "wellness plan" and buy other products from them. Overall, very disappointed in the quality of care and would not recommend."
