"I don't normally write reviews but this place definitely deserves a shout out. I called yesterday to see if I could get my girl in to be seen asap as she had diarrhea for a few days and her spay incision was looking a bit off. I'm not an established patient but they got me in next day. When we got there we noticed my dogs paw was also bleeding and she had a lump. I brought this up to the vet and she talked us through what it could be and said they could do some testing today. She also noticed my girl had been licking her paws and gave us some education material and advice to help her with potential allergies. The entire team was so friendly and took such good care of my girl. She's very scared of people and can be reactive but they handled her in all the right ways. We were worried about the cost initially but after the treatment plan was given to us I was so relived. It was a fraction of what I was expecting AND they offer payment plans with no interest. Hands down the best vet I have ever taken my pup to. We live in WA and I'm half tempted to travel here for all her veterinary needs they were so amazing"
"Love this place. Full of knowledgeable and kind staff, happy to live so close by! Personally, I take my own fur babies here. I am also very grateful that they offer wildlife euthanasia for poor critters who are too badly injured and are suffering."
"Amazing, caring, and compassionate staff. Had to bring our beautiful cat Smokey to cross the rainbow bridge today. They were so understanding and gave us all the time we needed. They explained everything that they were going to do and what our fur baby would feel. They made a very difficult time a little easier. Thank you Dr. Reynolds- and the tech who assisted- your kind words were much appreciated."
"The staff got us in with no appointment, and within a reasonable amount of time, they gave us a treatment plan we were comfortable with. The staff was so amazing and treated our crazy boy like he was theirs, we will be back for his routine visits! Thank you"
