"Went to store on bell road two employees working, neither had time to assist other than to point to wall where stuff was hung, went in hoping to get some assistance from someone in the store but no assistance, even after asking each employee twice for assistance was just pointed in general direction, could have gotten same assistance on Amazon and no driven 24 miles, saved money time and fuel cost. Customer service like this is why, we are losing our brick and morter stores."
