"Best vet for my kitties I've ever found. I've been to several around town. Dr. Upchurch takes the time to talk about anything and everything you need to. She has a heart for cats and it shows. She even remembers your cat, despite most likely dealing with hundreds of different cats every month. My cats are always treated gently and with care. If they don't want to leave the crate, she coaxes them out. They then get a warm towel to lie on -- instead of a cold hard table. There's no 'get you in, get you out' stuff here. This is a real vet here for cats. She will be up front about prices for any tests, and offer alternatives should need be. The lack of dogs in the waiting room is very good for any cat. (Don't get me wrong, dogs are awesome. They can just be scary to kitties) My cats have been seeing her for years. They are going on 12 and are happy and healthy. It's anecdotal evidence, but the friend who introduced me to Feline Ltd, her cats lived to 20. They saw Upchurch for most of those years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will get you an appointment if you really need one, or at the least get a message to the doctor for any questions. She also has the compassion you need when the time comes to say goodbye to your kitty. It's not something we like to think about, but Dr. Upchurch will make it as easy as possible. She is NOT allowed to retire ;)"

Thanks to all the detailed and accurate explanations what would happen next by the doctor, I was well prepared, and Steve didn’t have to suffer long. I truly appreciate the timing was all right and perfect, and thankful how the doctor and technicians treated Steve. They are compassionate, kind, and good will people. I wish I can give more stars!!!"
