"This location is terrible. The last several times I have gone there to use the ATM for a small withdrawal it is always “Temporarily Unavailable”, it’s not temporary, it’s always unavailable. All you can do at that ATM is transfers and deposits. When you go through their drive thru or into the lobby the tellers are extremely slow and poorly trained. The location in Surprise is better, but this location needs new staff, management, and equipment."

"I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 20+ years, and last week I bought a boat and decided to go with MidFirst Bank in Peoria, AZ on Lake Pleasant Rd. I met with Kim and worked with both her and Greg and I will tell you it was the best banking experience I have ever had. The people were kind, very helpful, truthful, eager to help me through the whole process. They helped me set up a new account and showed me ways I could save money on my account and my loan. I would highly recommend the MidFirst Bank in Peoria on Lake Pleasant Rd and ask for Kim or Greg you won't be sorry."

We’ve bank with Bank of America and Chase and there is no comparison… All the employees are super nice and Sherri and Nicolina are the best people I’ve ever worked with at a bank they always call you back no matter what time it is and when you’re in the bank they’re so so great to work with! "I joined this bank for free atm services since I live where there are few banks and arms close by. They now charge for atm services other than Midfirst, which has very few locations. I am also upset because I have 3 accounts for SSD and they keep charging me for a paper statement $3 for each account even though I have gone online at least 10 times and tried to stop the paper statements. I have even gone into the bank to fix it and they assured me it would stop. But every month my account ends up overdrawn for the statement again and thus has gone on for 12 or more months now. That is a total of $9 per month for something that they should not be taking to begin with. If asked I would tell anyone that they should not use Midfirst Bank and avoid it if possible. I am not usually a person who complains about services from any business but I am completely disappointed in this banks services."

"I don't bank here personally (yet) but our business banks here. I'm in the branch about once a month or so. The staff here is absolutely amazing. If you're thinking of switching banks, Midfirst would be my first recommendation. They have amazing customer service."
