"Great veterinary office! New clean facility, easily accessible and ample parking. Staff is caring and attentive. This is our first experience with Zion Vet. We left our old vet of 17 years after experiencing declines in care. This left us concerned about the level of poor attention and lack of care provided. We explored other options for the health of our dog. We are happy we did ;)."

"I have 2 dogs, and one of my dogs is very timid and scared. When go into the vets, they did amazing and were very slow with him and took their time to make it. So he wouldn't be so scared This is the first vet I've been to and They didn't tell me right off. The bat that they needed to sedate him and I really appreciate it. The staff and the doctors are amazing. And I'm definitely bringing my boys back here."

"Our cat became suddenly ill and was given the very best and thorough care at Zion Veterinary Hospital in Hurricane. Unfortunately her prognosis was very poor and she needed to be humanely euthanized to end her suffering. The Veterinarian, Dr. Shae, was so thorough in her care and so compassionate with our cat and with us. Her empathy at a very sorrowful time was very appreciated. The technicians and staff, (even the front desk) were so empathetic and kind at a time of great sadness. This dreaded day in a pet lover's life was made so much more bearable by their kindness and care. Highly recommend their services for your furry family members."

"The receptionist staff is very rude, both on the phone and in person. I wish I had given up scheduling a dental for my senior dog. She would still be here today if so. The care that my dog, Sasha, received during and after her dental was terrible. Sasha was discharged too early after the dental. She was not fully awake. She was carried to my car. I spent the evening and the night realizing she was not sleeping the anesthesia off, but fighting aspiration pneumonia. Come to find out, she had regurgitated 3 times during her procedure (I was not told this upon pickup). Dr. Shaelyn Dobrzynski sent me home with oral antibiotics, which she was never fully awake and able to swallow. I brought her back the next morning as she had nasal discharge, profuse drooling, sneezing and she was still unable to move about. After a few hours of Sasha being back under the pointless care of Dr. Dobrzynski (inbetween her many non-emergency patients) Sasha was referred to Las Vegas Critical Care and Emergency. Upon arrival at LV, it was determined my trip there was unnecessary. Sasha was in, and had been in, dire straights. She had aspiration pneumonia and likely stroked. It was determined that euthanasia was the kindest thing to do. Sasha was an active, vibrant, mentally sharp dog before her dental. I'm traumatized by the inadequate care that she received at Zion Vet Clinic. She should have been monitored longer after her procedure, been given injectable antibiotics, and referred to an overnight clinic. She should not have been force fed food or meds when she had no swallowing ability upon her return for extended care. I ended up meeting with Dr. Dobrzynski and Dr. Wittwer to discuss my concerns. Unfortunately, this just caused me more pain. Both failed to admit that the care given was inadequate. Dr. Dobrzynski even changed her story when confronted about the decision to send her home when not fully awake. She told me that a technician made that call as she was doing another dental. When I complained to Dr. Wittwer about this, he claimed she stated she did examine and discharge her personally. Dr. Wittwer also said he was told by staff that Sasha walked out on her own ability. She did NOT walk out after the dental. She walked in for the dental, was carried out post dental, carried in the next morning, and finally carried out for her unnecessary LV trip. She was never the same dog after the procedure. I ended up leaving the pointless meeting. I left behind the pointless items I was charged for (oral meds and canned food), which Sasha was never able to safely take. I am furious that my best friend did not receive proper care. I am furious that the clinic staff won't admit that they should have done things differently. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone."

"My mother and I brought our cat Ollie in yesterday on an emergency when he got really sick. The best part about our visit was the technician Caroline. She is an amazing, caring and smart young woman who took good care of our Ollie. And after just one day of medication he is already back to great health! Thank you Caroline and thank you to the vet team for saving his life!"
