"Very difficult for them to process a SBA loan that is theirs. Been here 30 min and still they have trouble. I do realize it doesn’t happen every day but this is in the wheelhouse, it took 30 min to even ask for help. Nice about it but frustrating. UPDATE I am increasing because they pulled out of it with excellent customer service at the end."
