"They have a decent selection of food but all the comments about employee’s attitudes are unfortunately accurate. We went here hoping to get information on the best grain-free food, since they advertise their knowledgeable staff. We were the only customers in the entire store, and there was at least three employees, and not one person even greeted us or offered to help us in any way. We spent about 30 minutes in the store without being talked to once. When we checked out with our food the employee seemed annoyed that we were even there, didn’t offer a receipt, and said a total of about three words. What is the point of having and promoting knowledgeable staff if the staff isn’t willing to help in any way."
