"Rented a welder for the 4 hour time choice, which was suppose to be more than enough time for the little piece of welding project we needed it for, but that was assuming we weren’t going to have any trouble so my mechanic proceeds to take the whole exhaust system out of the vehicle so we could weld the new pieces and have it back right before the stores close. Unfortunately by the time it was time to use the welder we only had an hour left and wasn’t worried about it because it was going to be fast, but the so called “inspected” equipment did not work! We spent that whole last hour trying everything before I had to tell them we had to go before we brought it back late and not only did we not get to use it but get charged for more time, but not before recording some proof showing we knew what we were doing and it was a faulty welder. Now we’re all getting worried cause now we have a torn apart vehicle and that requires welding but I went back thinking they were going to somehow make this right, little did I know that was a hasty assumption. I should say at least they did give me a refund and be thankful if the damn refund didn’t take almost a week to be given back, and the cherry on top of this disaster of an experience was the employee that acted like he was doing a favor by giving me a refund, which I thought was a given, but seemed like he was trying to get rid of us when we asked if there was another one to rent, which of course there wasn’t. Then he suggested we go to the area inside that had them and ask for the person in charge of it and realized he was suggesting we buy the $800 machine and then bring it back and when we come back to confront him , he has the audacity to scold us for interrupting a conversation he was having with another employee that really didn’t seem work related! Now I’m honestly not one to ever even leave reviews but I just seen my phone remembered I went here and then really asked me to enter a review of my experience so I had to pull into this gas station and share in hopes of saving someone the headache of renting from here. Maybe just save yourself the time and dignity and do what that employee told us to do and just buy it at least you know it’ll work and if not you’ll actually get your money back in a timely manner."
