"I’m really upset with this office. We just moved to Arizona from Hawaii and saw all the good reviews and chose this as our primary doctor. My husband went to the doctor 2 weeks ago to switch over doctors to get his medication that he uses and needs daily. He timed it with extra time so he didn’t run out. It’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t filled his medication. It’s starting to become ridiculous. We have called and texted and it’s till not been resolved. They keep saying they have sent urgent messages to the provider and then nothing? Dr. Henderson is really this busy? 2 weeks? Seriously? You can’t leave patients hanging like this. I would NOT recommend this place."

"Fiona Henderson-Power is my PCP here and she is amazing! She is kind and thoughtful. She explains test results and is very thorough in her exams. She treats you like a person and not just a patient. She is very dependable and always asks about my mom who is also her patient! She always answers any concerns I have. I couldn't say enough great things about her! The front office staff & MAs are also kind and courteous and professional! I have been at this office many years now, and appreciate them very much!"

"Was able to make an appointment within a week. All of the girls at the front desk were kind and helpful. Especially when my insurance threw a curveball, but they were helpful and professional. Dr Brett W was great as always and assessed my needs quickly"

"I'm giving 2 stars for customer service and not for their patient care, because I never got to see anyone. First complaint, you can never get anyone on the phone, or at least in the multiple attempts over days that I was calling to schedule and then ask questions. I had an appointment at a location far from me so I could get in faster. I was just about there when I realized I had left my ID and Insurance card on my desk from filling out paperwork. I called 3 times and sent 4 texts to find out if I could still get in and have someone send in a pic of those items. No one answered or got back to me so I turned around to rush and get them. I grabbed the info and was almost back to my appointment (35 min later) when someone finally just text me back and said "you need to reschedule". So I wasted all of that time when a simple phone call would have told me that I either could still go to my appointment and send in the info or at least tell me I had to reschedule before I did all that driving. I was recently in the ER and need to be seen by someone ASAP. I was only 20 min late for my appointment but the staff via text was not understanding despite me telling them that I've had chest pain for days and pleaded to still make my appointment. Then they couldn't get me in for another 6 days so I'm going somewhere else. Another person text me back at some point and the customer service wasn't any better. I asked for some help and didn't even get a response. I never received a call back about scheduling an appointment or this issue. To schedule I had to text and wait. If you're ever having trouble finding their office for an appointment good luck getting a call back within 30 min. Then you're late and have to reschedule. I've heard the doctors are great though. Wish I could have been treated by one."
