"I went here when I was a kid there four staff here who were absolutely amazing miss Jackie I call her mom miss Rene, Mr dj and Mr jared they were truly amazing I was here for 7 month and it was awesome I sometimes miss the staff bur they helped me become a better person and if I got the chance to thank them I would because I wouldn't of made it without there guidance thank you so much"

"I went here when I was 11. I was there for 3 months and turned 12 while there. (2012) I was the youngest there and got bullied A LOT. One girl even slammed me in the face with a book. When I was homesick, a lot of the staff didn't seem to care. But once you met a certain level you could go out and do a lot of fun things. School wasn't bad, either. I was even allowed to go off campus and visit with my grandpa who flew in. Had I not been so incredibly home sick this place would've probably been better."

"I can't say enough good things about the services my daughter has gotten ! We have been a part of this for 4 years and her ups and downs are always manageable with this team she has. I can call , text or email her team at any time and they respond as quickly as possible. Even on weekends , middle of the night. Does not matter! She has grown immensely. We were not inpatient we were out patient ! Just to be clear! I have no idea what the other side looks like or can comments"

"So they don't have enough security and yet it's like a prison? No they don't have barbed wire and electric fences. So yes when 2 teenage boys wanna punch and attack staff and then climb the gate before staff has a chance to even get up and grab him they're gonna leave. Protocol is to chase until they can't see them anymore and then it's the police's job to find them. Everything gets reported and yet y'all still find a way to complain. Honestly from having multiple friends work there they try their best to stop this. But these are average people who receive restraint training. They aren't fighters who can defend against your kid who just came from Juvenile Detention. Maybe instead of bashing the place where staff are underpaid to get beat up by your kids, you should learn to parent? J's"
