"I have called every number they have and the don’t answer. I have been with 1 Mad several years at 66 th olive . This phone system is awful. Why don’t you answer the phone. Waiting 10 mins. At a time waiting. Did you close up shop?!?!?!"

"They have the most incompetent personal working. I’m still waiting on a phone call from the assistant director to call me from Monday and today after my insurance made an appointment yesterday for a blood test today they have rescheduled for a later date. This has happened too many times.Go figure it was Humana that scheduled the appointment."

"Waiting over a month now for the referrals. Gary had responded in ny last review that I cannot find now . But I am not contacting him until these issues are resolved. My mom has Dementia and we needed care I get prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy I get prescriptions not even discussed by Dr. Chu, and a month on referrals that I have to follow up on. Staff is very kind. But I find that we are just a number. Si got this yesterday months later to be spoken to like this,, this is my mom,, how do you think they will treat your parents? Hi Jeanean, It has come to my attention that we are not contracted with Judy's insurance. Dr. Chu is willing to write a referral but the cost for the visit would be out of pocket. The Home Health agency is also not contracted with her insurance. The only thing I can think of is to call the insurance company to find out where she can go. Please let me know how you want to proceed with pain management"

"I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They treat you very well and like they really care about you and you're wellbeing. My Dr. (Dr.Luba) doesn't act like he doesn't have time to talk to me. I'm always able to ask him questions and get answers. They also have a lab on site if they need to draw blood for any reason. I really like it there and feel comfortable while I'm there."

"My mother has been seeing Dr Perrin for almost 2 years. The kindness that has been shown to her by the doctor and the entire staff is incredible. They all take the time to get to know you, without making you feel like they are being nosey. As my mother's advocate, I am received as part of the team. My input is heard and asked for, this had not been the case with previous physicians. I can't say enough about Rhetta, who is Dr Perrin's Health Coach. She takes care of everything and my Mom feels so comfortable with her."
