"I started with this group when it was a small office with Dr. McDonald. I loved her! However, there was a corporate take-over at some point and now I am just a number. I just called to talk to billing about a collection notice and was sent to India. I never received a bill for this, but alas, they claim I did. So frustrating. I am done an leaving."

"I really like Dr. Brabentz, but this office is awful! I had a wellness exam scheduled for the end of August. Today I went onto the patient portal to confirm the time only to see that the appointment showed Cancelled. When I called to see what was going on the call center (you can't reach the actual office) said the office cancelled the appointment but there were no notes as to why, and that the next available appointment is OCTOBER. So they cancelled my appointment without notifying me and now I have to wait almost 2 more months to see my doctor!!"

"I have been a patient of Kim Brabentz for nearly a decade. She was my practitioner over at aveon health (which was wonderful), and I knew I had to stick with her when she made the transition over to 4c medical. She's fiercely intelligent, compassionate, kind, and beautiful --both inside and out. She has been able to get me through some difficult times, w/repeat infections, head trauma & trigeminal neuralgia ( that I'm now treated at barrow neurology for), rashes, you name it--shes healed me and has facilitated in getting me referred to the right specialists. She's extremely thorough (knows me very well) and cares deeply about what you're physically and emotionally going through. She is a Jack of all trades, and is super knowledgeable about a plethora of different things. I am honored to call her my doc. I used to dread going to the doctors prior to Kim and Dr. Feredouini and now I look forward to seeing Kim whenever we follow up. She is so easy to talk to, and it makes me feel like I'm part of the family."

"This office is TERRIBLE!! Takes forever to get a prescription filled and I always have to call after pharmacy faxed over multiple times. Now, after pharmacy faxed over 3 times this week and never got a response, I called them and was told my doctor had left the practice so they couldn't refill my prescription that was out. Not one response to Walgreens OR ME saying doctor was no longer there. I'm now sitting at Urgent Care to meet so I can get my prescriptions filled for a medication I've taken 9 years. Communication at this place is the worst I've ever experienced."
