"I have been out of a good workout routine for a few years and realized to get back into one, I’d need some help staying focused and accountable. On a whim I tried out the free training session with Zach and then he paired me with Nicholas. Now I’m hooked - the highlight of my week is going to workout. Nicholas modifies my workouts to meet my needs and goals and constantly checks in with me to see how I’m feeling, pump me up, or give me nutrition advice. He’s an awesome trainer who is passionate for what he does. He’s shown me some advance moves that target different muscle groups and explains his reasoning for a specific exercise.
