"What a great place to workout! I guess I would like to keep it a secret but I was so sick of the crowds and look at me members at other gyms I was ready to give up but one tour is all it took here. Huge building, tons of machines, free weights and cardio equipment and a full indoor track. No crowds and a very clean atmosphere to just get work done. No juice bar or people who look like they are going to the night club or roid heads."
