"I used to do kickboxing a few years back at a different gym. From the second I walked into the KBX PHX I knew I needed to be a part of this. Everyone who is a part of the team is phenomenal. I’ve trained with all of them and you definitely can’t go wrong with whoever trains you. You will have a great workout and you definitely will sweat. I absolutely love and appreciate that all the trainers have backgrounds in martial arts. This makes the trainings they do much more martial arts focused. They do a great job of teaching and modifying workouts for those who need it. Great app to track yourself, sign up for classes, and staying in communication with the entire KBX PHX family. They do fun things for the holidays and have different raffle events they hold. They have had trainings for kids and they even hold seminars for Domestic Violence and protecting yourself. Great location. Amazing people."
