"Used to be good. Since moving to the new location, they got rid of the heavy bags, weight training equipment, and some of the best coaches. Some of the new young coaches don't seem to know how teach kickboxing. The new location is so small that's hard to jump rope and work out by yourself."
"Would have enjoyed the work out more if the music wasn't cranked to 100 and they didn't have a strobe light flashing the whole time. The instructor was also not very helpful for a beginner very unclear with instructions and disorganized.. the gym was clean and the front desk work was nice and helpful which was the only part of my visit I enjoyed. Should have done the 430 class as the instructor seemed way more out together and don't have the music at a unreasonable level"
"I love this place!! I didn't know working out could be this fun. The classes are pretty intense but I prefer it that way since I can only go once a week. Janae is amazing! She's super friendly and when I signed the membership she took a cute polaroid for me and my friends (boxing gloves also come with the membership). I really enjoyed EJ and Adan's classes."
